  1. And surprisingly, I was highly entertained. When I played the demo, I was a bit disappointed. Little things like badly timed quick time events, easy combos and an unforgiving boss fight hindered my ability to enjoy it.

The final game was tightened up quite a bit, and the QTE items are a lot smoother in transition. Also, it is a brutaly visceral game. Near the end of a battle, you really feel what it is like to lay down, or receive a beating by the look of the combatants.

It is a bit short, and it has no multiplayer, so beyond going back for achievements, it does not have much replay value, but seeing as they had it at Target on clearance for $15, it was a steal. I could probably get that much for it in trade, but I think I will hold on to it for awhile. Definitely hope to see a sequel from Ubisoft, who now owns the license. Hopefully they get Half Moon Studios to continue their work on the franchise.

And for the love of all things holy, get Matt Damon to sign on to the project. Convince him that the violence in the game is no different than the stuff on the screen. His presense was missled, along with Franke Potente.
