I've been watching Dexter recently, and it's safe to say that I'm hooked. It can be pretty slow at some points, but there are some pretty epic twists and turns. Each episode runs about 55 minutes, so you have to set aside some time if you want to watch an episode or two. I would definitely recommend that anyone with Netflix check it out.

Is it instant streaming? If so, I might have to watch it. I have been finishing up the first season of Californication. That is a really good series. But now I know why David Ducovney had to go to into a sexaholic clinic. Man does that guy get some girl action in that show. Each episode has him getting it on with a girl. Sometimes with two. But the actual story is really good, and I love the back and forth between him and his ex-wire.

Seasons 1 and 2 of Dexter are available for instant streaming. Like I said, it can be slow at times, but it's still a good show to start watching especially since nothing new comes on until the fall.

Just finished up season one of Californication and that was excellent. I cannot wait for season two to show up. Also watched a fantastic documentary about the national debt called "Ten Trillion and counting" Just watching the discussion of how endebtted we are to the world when it comes to US spending is amazing. Going to watch an episode of Dexter and see if I like it.

I wish that The Shield was on Instant Streaming. I have the first season of it on DVD and enjoyed it, but would love to have it on Instant Streaming. Also, I am thinking that I might have to break down and watch Goodfellas on Streaming if it is there. I have never watched that movie before.
Also, just a reminder for those that have a deal to uphold, there is a bunch of Dr. Who available for Instant Streaming.

I watched The Incredible Hulk on Blu-Ray last night. Wasn't streaming, but still NetFlix so here I am talking about it. Fun movie, but it tried too hard with the in-jokes.
• "Don't make me hungry. You wouldn't like me when I'm hungry."
• Stan Lee cameo (OK, this is standard for Marvel films)
• Sad "walking away" piano music while Banner is looking mopey.
• Lou Ferrigno working at the desk in the buildingThere may have been more. It was almost as bad as Star Trek.

I thought it was good, but not great. That said, I am in the minority when I say that I loved the Ang Lee Hulk movie from 2003. Yes, it was artsy, but it follows the comic arc from 300-315 where they delve into the monster that was always inside of Bruce, and that the gamma radiation was just a conduit to free the beast. It also went into the abuse Bruce suffered as a child from his father. Yes Absorbing Man wannabe dad screwed things up a bit, but as a whole, it was really good.
