Ok my 360 has finally bit the dust. I bought it almost 3 years ago so it's probably close to being a 1st generation box. I'm getting the flashing 3 red rings of deathly death and I'm pretty sure my warranty is long gone.
I of course still have all my parts, hard drive, controllers, tons of games and a Gold live subscription. So I'm debating whether to get a cheap $200 arcade box just to have a new box or get a PS3 and find someone who could fix the 360 if it's even possible to get fixed?
Has anyone out there sent their 360 to Microsoft to get fixed after their warranty was toast?
