For me it has to be the 2003 Ang Lee directed Hulk. I loved the character drama and the dialog. Also, it had compelling charactesr, and followed one of the better story arcs in the comics, from issues 300-315. X2 would probably be second, follwed up by Superman II: The Donner Cut.
