I just beat that game and its really freaking hard. I let my friend play it once and he basically put the controller down and said it was too hard, although he was a little out of it at the time. Did anyone else have as much trouble with this game as me/and can anyone clarify the ending for me?

Braid, has it wrecked your mind too?

I can't say that I have much interest in it. Not sure why, as it looks like a game I could get into. I am on the fence with Castle Crashers as well

The game is wonderful once you really wrap your mind around it. Part of the reward is in really letting it "click" in your head and figuring it out. I can't tell you how many "oh shit why didn't I think of THAT?" moments I had in the game.
I would not say it is for absolutely everyone, but I do think absolutely everyone needs to at least try to demo and see if it is for them. Nobody should be without at least the free trial in their lives.
On that note, I do recommend World of Goo on WiiWare and also available for PC as it is another uniquely stylized game that is highly rewarding once you "get" it.

World of Goo doesnt have that feeling that Braid does. Its still fun though. I think Joe should try both and he prob would like em too.

I will give both a shot, but it will have to wait. If you saw the plate of games I have in front of me right now, I just don't have time for much else.

I still kinda want to get Braid, but I'm a litle turned off by the price. I got Castle Crashers, and I absolutely adore that game.

Isn't Braid the same price as Castle Crashers?

Castle Crashers looks really, really good. I downloaded the trial a long time ago and I loved the art direction and gameplay. It wasn't just a generic hack and slash; the game definitely has its own style.
