If there was one thing you could add, subtract, modify about any game, which game would it be and why? More than one answer is good to, but you can only change one thing about that game.
Right now, I'd like a versus multiplayer mode for PixelJunk Monsters. Execution of it is a little hazy, but the simplistic, but rich strategy of the game lends a excellent foundation for something as addictive-ly fun.
I would want to make GRID easier and less repetitive. Even on "easy" it's a damn hard game!

I would change all games ever created to not include timed missions or escort missions.
hmm i would make gears of war more challenging
What would you make more challenging about it? Better AI, less weapons/ammo, more 'traps'?
