Well, the 360 version of the game was a review copy, so I did not factor that in, but if I had bought it on both, that would have been mega pricy.

Not as pricey as Burnout Paradise for PS3 360 and PC with all the DLC

Luckily, I only bought the DLC on the 360. I try to consolidate my DLC to one platform.

What about the 360 version of Fallout 3, did you factor that in?

Also, yes, that is too much for Gears 2, and this is coming from a 360 fan. I hardly ever pay for map packs. They are such a rip off. Compare $10 for three maps to a whole game for $60 with a dozen or so maps already in it.

I just realized that I paid $70 for the special edition of Fallout 3, and now I have bought four DLC packs at $10 a pop, coming to a grand total of $110. And remember, there is another DLC pack on its way for $10 bringing the grand total of my game purchase to $120.

Do you think that Fallout 3 is worth that. Or how about Gears 2 coming in at $100 after you factor in the four DLC map packs.

here is what we are going to do. We don't necessarily play together. We will be open to invitations to play games. The way I read it is that we go into games as we are invited. I don't think we play together. Towards the end we might, but we will just have to see what goes down. Oh and Terry, AKA tawspot, got 40+ friend requests in 24 hours.

I agree. It's odd that all these people are randomly requesting to play with us. I mean, if the game rooms have limits, how are all 35 of my friend list requestees going to play?

Remember, the community playdate is coming and we will have more updates. We are hoping to do some prizes as well, but no promises. These are the gametags that will be hosting events, so find them and as to join their games. Any suggestions on game types would be appreciated. Maybe a couple of horde sessions and then some straight multiplayer maps with others.

I got the original Gears on a Target clearance rack a month ago for about 20 bucks, now I must play the second. The single player is so much fun with online co-op. I don't really use the headset and I play with random people, but the AI teammates are pretty dumb.

yeah, who uses writing now. I do remember that I learned cursive when I was in kindergarten or first grade (mom was a teacher), so me and two other kids use to keep a book about all the other students that no one but us three could read. It was really cool, until the teacher caught us. She cave us thumbs up for creativity, but detention and a note home for the stuff we wrote.
