Minecraft: Pocket Edition Now Available
The official Minecraft: Pocket Edition is out now for the Xperia Play in free demo and USD$6.92 full versions of the game and for the first mobile version of the game it seems to have quite a lot going for it. Not only does it feature the “Classic” gameplay of the regular desktop game of building, mining, and looking out for creepers, it also offers local LAN multiplayer. While I don’t have Sony’s gaming phone available to me, I do have an Android device, and now that it’s launched, the limited time exclusivity clock is ticking down on this game. I’m looking forward to being frustrated with a touch screen phone’s controls for this game because really, how do you do this right without a mouse and keyboard to fall back on?
