Fresh on the heels of the Top Spin 4 Developer diary, we also have a new developer diary for 2K Sports upcoming baseball title, MLB 2K11.  The focus on this new developer diary, entitled Side By Side Comparison, takes a look at the graphical upgrades that players and stadiums have received in MLB 2K11.  To make the point, they have also included like shots from MLB 2K10 to show off the upgrades.

Now, we have far more detail in the faces, as 2K Sports tries to give players a more serious look, rather than some of the characatures that were seen in MLB 2K10.  Also, we have nine total body types, that apply to both the pro and farm league models.  Finally the crowds and stadiums get more color and detail, including towel waving if your team makes the playoffs.  Sure it sounds like a small deal, but to fans of the series, it just adds to the immersion factor that sports titles are looking for at the end of the day.  We have several comparison shots for MLB 2K11, and you can find more details at the Developer Blog Facebook Page for MLB 2K11.
