Section 8: Prejudice Beta Footage Emerges
Does anyone remember Section 8 from 2009? You know, the multiplayer shooter that focused on battlefield styled combat where you dropped in from above on to the battlefield. You could order up defenses and vehicles based on credits that you earned in game. It was a fresh, well designed game, but it never clicked with gamers, and it soon disappeared into obscurity.
Well, TimeGate Studios feels that it has a good IP on its hands and it has released some beta footage from the sequel to Section 8, entitled Section 8: Prejudice. It looks like the visuals have been upgraded, and the combat looks to be a little more fluid from the first game. We do not see any of the drop in footage that was the hook from the first title, but I would have to assume that it is in the sequel.
Hit the jump to see the footage from the beta. Section 8 is coming from TimeGate Studios and will release on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
