Zen Studios has released their latest title, PinballFX 2 on Xbox Live Arcade today as part of Microsoft’s Game Feast.  PinballFX 2 is not only a completely revamped sequel with a new physics engine, tables and more, but also is a new way to distribute a game on Xbox Live Arcade.  The initial PinballFX 2 download is completely free, as it is more of a platform than a game.  You get the engine for free and then buy the tables that you want to add to the game.

Also, anyone that owns the original PinballFX or any of the DLC tables that came out for that title will be able to import all of that content completely free of charge.  If you do not own the first title, no worries as you can pick up the original tables for PinballFX 2 for 200 Microsoft Loonies.  You can also try out any table in PinballFX 2 before you buy, letting you know how a table feels and if it agrees with your playstyle.
