Enslaved Talks Up Game Design and More in Dev Diary
The good folks over at Ninja Theory have put together a good, and surprisingly deep developer diary for their upcoming release, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. In the developer diary, we get to learn a little more about the cultural background for the story between Monkey and Tripp as well as some new action sequences that have not been seen before.
We also get to hear about the story and how it uses a mixture of ideas and cultures. And for Andy Serkis fans, we get to see a bit of his mocap stuff as well as hearing the studio praise his work in general.
I must admit that I was shocked by how well the characters moved on-screen, including little details like hair and eye movement. This game does have the chance to be a breakout hit for Ninja Theory, and it is good to see it looking so great at this point in development.
Enslaved: Odyssey to the West hits October 5th, 2010 for Xbox 360 and PS3 from Ninja Theory and Namco Bandai.
