HAWX 2 Trailer Soars Into View
For those that enjoyed the first HAWX game from Ubisoft and Tom Clancy (you have to mention him, its a mandate), you will probably be happy with the new trailer that went live today for the sequel, HAWX 2: Electric HAWXaloo. Okay, so that is not the real title, but you gotta where the jokes take you.
HAWX 2 looks to amp up the action from the first title, and part of me wonders if they are doing away with the cinematic themed camera that would pan you out to the side of the aircraft for action. A lot of this trailer seemed to be from the view of the cockpit when it came to the action sequences, but it is probably too early to tell. The first HAWX was an okay title, but I really did not enjoy anything that was outside the cockpit. That could just be the old flight sim junkie in me coming out, but if I am flying a plane, I want to be in the cockpit, not in some strange, obtuse camera view.
