Civilization V Gets a Cover
We have seen all the new trailers and gameplay features that are coming to Civilization V, but we have yet to know what the cover would look like for the game. Would it stick with a similar theme to the previous box covers, or would it break out from the shackles of similarity and try something bold and new? Well, it looks like it is the same old situation, as the cover art looks somewhat similar to last year.
However, is this really a bad thing, because Civilization IV was a fantastic title, and Civ 5 looks to up the ante by several leaps and bounds, making for many more nights of “just one more turn”. gameplay.
Civilization V hits store shelves and digital marketplaces on September 21st, 2010 from 2K Games and Fireaxis Games. Check the jump for a full size look at the new cover.
