Doom II Drops on Xbox Live Arcade Today
Ahh, the memories I have of Doom II. It ruled my PC for many years, with all of my friends getting the game so we could play multiplayer via DWANGO. It refined upon the already great gameplay in DOOM, but added so much more with its multiplayer. Now, fans that might of missed out on this classic can revisit it on the Xbox Live Arcade starting today, and with it, get a host of new features.
The first big feature to be added is the ability to play in co-op with a buddy via Xbox Live. Multiplayer was always a ton of fun, but to have a friend help you through the main storyline, especially when it comes to some of the tougher enemies, that is just awesome. Also new are achievements, upgraded HD visuals, and a new bonus chapter.
