Square Enix and London Studios have announced their plans for two new DLC packs for Just Cause 2.  Both of the packs in question offer new ways to interact with the island of Panau rather than expanding the island.  Besides, does the island really have to get any bigger.  Completing the game and still sitting at 20% complete lets me know there is already enough for me to do.

The first DLC pack hits on April 29th and adds a new helicopter that shoots guns and missles, while we also get a multi-lock missle launcher and for those that can’t move fast enough, parachute mounted thrusters.  The second pack hits on May 25th and adds a Quad Rocket launcher, which is defined as “half rocket launcher, half shotgun, all damage”, a cluster bomb launcher and an air propellant gun, which will launch bad guys into the air.

These two DLC packs will cost $1.99 or 160 MS Loonies, depending on your platform of choice.  Read more after the jump.

Just Cause 2 Announces New DLC Packs

Available this spring, the breakneck “Black Market Aerial Pack” and the explosive “Black Market Boom Pack” each contain three must-have Agency items for causing maximum chaos on the island of Panau.
