Tiny Diggers – An iPad Construction Truck Game for Kids Age 2-5

With Just Cause 2 hitting store shelves last week, we now get word that JustCause.com is collecting stats, and you can register your PSN, Gamertag or SteamID to get your stats in the leaderboard and compare how you are doing against other players in the game.  Here are just a few of the stats that have been collected in cumulative so far in regards to Just Cause 2.

• Total Game Time Played – 662 years
• Total Kills – Over 91 million
• Total Sabotages – Over 29 million
• Total Amount of meters basejumped – 47,000 kilometers

The last number would be enough kilometers to circle the earth with distance to spare.  I have to say that I love games like this that capture these kinds of statistics.  I sometimes get into seeing what I have done in the game and comparing it to other players.  It lets me know if I am doing good or bad, and applies a rank in the world.  All game developers, pay attention to this feature.  Same thing goes for vid capture.  The PS3 has it, and it is a shame that the other two do not.  Sure, you can capture footage on the PC with Fraps or some other software, but it is so nice that it does it in game and auto-uploads to YouTube with no fuss.  Hey Microsoft, pay attention and let this happen.
