Valve games coming to Mac, maybe Steam also?

According to Mac News Network Doug Lombardi, PR supremo at Valve has confirmed Valve’s intention to port their games to the Mac. MNN seems to think that Portal and TF2 will be the first to make the jump: that seems plausible, but I expect the entire Orange Box might cross over. No word yet on Steam, although there are bits of code in the new UI which seem to suggest it’s coming, along with Rock, Paper, Shotgun’s teaser image, which was the Steam logo running on what looked like an Apple 2. So, is Steam coming to the Apple 2? We await a formal announcement at GDC , which starts in a few days time.

    I hope it happens. I had a Steam account on the PC and loved playing with the Source SDK and especially Day of Defeat.
