If you are ready to kick the dirt out of your cleates and grab a stick of pine hit the longball, you will be happy to know that a demo for MLB 2K10 is hitting the Xbox 360 system today, and will drop on the PS3 Thursday.

In a couple more announcements with the MLB 2K10 demo, 2K Sports sent over a new trailer that shows off the differences between MLB 2K9 and MLB 2K10.  Also, for contest junkies that want to get rich quick, they have a new contest for the launch of MLB 2K10.  The folks at 2K Sports have put up $1,000,000 in a video contest to see who can send in a perfect game performance in MLB 2K10.  The details are a bit complex and can be found after the jump with the new video.

MLB 2K10 will hit Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Nintendo Wii, PC, Nintendo DS and PSP on March 2nd, 2010.
