Uncropped Mass Effect 2 art reveals massive head

Cropped on the box art, this image doesn’t look so bad. But unveiled in a full page comic book ad, our man Shepard looks like a full-on Photoshop Disaster. Either that head is way too big, or his limbs are way too stumpy.

The Mass Effect 2 box art has been through several “official” changes already, and it looks to me like it could use some more before the January 26 release. Complete scan after the jump.

    I'm not seeing it. I'm pretty sure Shepard is just closer to the “camera.” Maybe it's just my fanboy blindness, but it looks fine to me.

    Yeah, I have to admit that I have not liked the box design for Mass Effect 2. I like the sleek packaging of the Collector's Edition, but I am not that thrilled with the regular box set. Then again, I totally forget what the generic Shepard looks like, as I always create my own Shepards. Now, speaking of Shepard, back to my quality time with her.
