See that? Right in the face! Those …French people over at Ubisoft* have sent some rather visceral screenshots of Russians being smacked around by secret agents. The really interesting thing about this? It’s the fact that this confirms splitscreen ‘couch’ co-op. That and the part in the email where it said “we will be supporting split screen”. Anyway, the screenshots are awesome, the fact that there’s splitscreen co-op is awesome, and the game should be awesome! Splinter Cell: Conviction is released on the 23rd of February.

*although the people who sent this to me, I am legally obliged to point out, aren’t actually French

I'd buy this game if I had a 360. I've always liked stealth games, but I haven't played many of them. In fact, I can't even remember the title of the one I played.

If I knew people who actually took the story in games seriously, I would be happier, but most of my friends are the stereotypical 360 gamer, where all they care about is shooting the place up.
