Admit Yourself to Dementium II
SouthPeak Games and Renegade Kid have released a fan-effing-tastic website to accompany the upcoming release of Dementium II.
Masquerading as information about Bright Dawn Treatment Center, a seemingly unremarkable psychiatric hospital in North America, the site gives a chilling insight into what really happens behind closed doors, complete with patient cam feeds. It’s undoubtedly worth a browse, and you may find it interesting to let some pages idle for a bit …
The Press Release states: “Dementium II promises more scares, nastier monsters and an improved game engine to make it even more gruesome than the original. Players take on the role of William Redmoor, who wakes up in the mysterious Bright Dawn Treatment Centre after brain surgery. However, there is something terrible happening at the centre and William soon discovers horrific creatures, an insane surgeon and ghostly links to his troubled past.”
In short: it is an utterly fitting accompaniment to a game that features one of the best examples of horror cover art ever.
Dementium II will be available on the Nintendo DS and is set to hits retailers on 16 February in America and 5 March in Europe.
