They will NOT. They are already gazillionaires and have all forgotten there was ever anything created involving video games and The Beatles.

Because all four members have to agree on that, and to be honest, I think all four (the two band mambers, and the family of the non-living band members) feel the Beatles are bigger than anything else on the planet, thereby being able to decree their own rules regarding importing of tracks. When the sales numbers show otherwise, maybe they will come to their senses.

Yeah, boo to live tracks.

Also, if we're allowed to enjoy Paul's music with virtual Rock Band avatars and selectable venue settings and whammy/drum fills... why again couldn't we do that with the Beatles music?

The problem I have with these releases is that they are Live. I am sure this has something to do with licensing issues, but I hate playing Live tracks. The biggest issue comes from the song getting changed fro a live audience. This was most prevalent in the Def Leppard pack I bought a few years ago, which had some impromptu solos that I was unprepared for and it killed my score.

The only live performances that have made for good Rock Band tracks are the AC/DC Live at Donnington, which happens to be one of the best live album recordings ever. Not sure why, but the sound is great, and the songs stay on track for the most part.
