Mass Effect 2 Gives Us A Tease of Something Bigger

Submitted by on December 17, 2009 – 11:31 am4 Comments

Bioware has started making the big push to put out lots of content for the ever closing release date for Mass Effect 2.  I keep getting behind because of the amount of content that is released for the game each day.  This time, we got a short teaser trailer that let us know that a big trailer is coming on December 22nd.  Now comes the real issue – do I watch, or do I go into a media blackout in regards to coverage on this title?  Decisions, decisions.

After the jump, check out both the Star Power and Sentinel trailers after the jump.  Looking at the voice talent Bioware has assembled for Mass Effect 2 is amazing, especially getting President Bartlett to jump in and perform his first voice over work for a game.  And he sounds great in both of the trailers that feature his work.

Mass Effect 2 his hitting the Xbox 360 and PC on January 26th, 2010.

I thought Martin Sheen would sound a bit stiff, but instead, he sounds fantastic. Well done for him, and a great franchise to start off with when it comes to voice over work in games.
