Amazon.com started offering a limited selection of PSN games and add-ons last week, and today’s the first sale I’ve noticed yet. Insomniac’s Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty is on sale for $9.99, down from its usual $14.99 price. Last time it went on sale was just before A Crack In Time (gold and headed for retail this month) was announced, and I accidentally missed it, so I jumped on this one. Maybe I was subconsciously unhappy that this game didn’t ship with Trophies?

That said, the mind was willing to make this purchase, but the wallet was weak. Well, it was weaker that it was when I started my day. I dashed out at lunch and opened my veins at Toys R Us to get Uncharted 2, Brutal Legend, and Batman: Arkham Asylum (for the PlayStation 3, of course).
