Bioware Shows off Mod Toolset for Dragon Age: Origins

Submitted by Joe Haygood on October 27, 2009 – 12:07 pmComments

Bioware has a long tradition of providing PC players with great toolsets to build new adventures for their RPG titles.  Now we are starting to see the next generation of their toolset that will be available for modders to work with Dragon Age: Origins, and it looks rather epic.

Now, modders will have access to new tools that will allow for cutscene development, voice over work, large special effects and so much more.  While it is not outright mentioned in the trailer, I would have to assume this development toolset will be available for PC users only at this point in time.

Now if Bioware would just release a toolkit for Mass Effect on the PC, I could actually design some worthy side quests to play through.
