Sad Chao is a little weary of the “violent game show” angle

Really? The best Dead Rising 2 can offer as a storyline hook is yet another man-on-absurdly-violent-killing-spree-game-show?

    That said Sad Chao, the game has a wheelchair with chainsaws strapped to it. CHAINSAWS STRAPPED TO A WHEELCHAIR!!!!! How can this not be a good thing?

    What bothers me is the stiffness of the gameplay. The character's movement and attacks look horrendous.

    I think it give a good reason to show that he is a “fighter” and therefore more likely to survive, but, hey, this is Dead Rising.

    “I've covered wars, ya know.”

    Capcom knows that gamers don't want a huge morality play or a serious look at zombies. Players want to fight the swarm in crazy ways. A blender to the head being one.
