Know what I'm finding? My son is reeeeeally struggling with the controls on this too. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to new controls, but although he's managing the basics, he's getting increasingly frustrated with it. We're hoping it'll improve as we move on!

You're welcome to my kid if it makes you feel more involved. Go on, take him. No charge! I'll even throw in his Spiderman costume!

I bought this last week. My six year old is still loving Ghostbusters (he's surprising good, too) but I hope to crack this open with him over the weekend. :)

It's my favorite game to play with my kids, and they always want to play it. Now that my oldest has hopefully learned to not crush the X-button completely while holding it to jump it's time to buy new controllers for them. Just in time for the new red and blue models.

The upgraded search capabilities are great for trying to find new levels.

I should post a walkthrough of my 4yo son's third LBP level. While his first levels were more about just drawing weird shapes and piling stickers on everything, his third level is his adorable attempt at a genuine linear platformer.

He can navigate the Popit menus no problem, picking decorations and elements... even strings and pistons. The biggest stall for him so far is understanding the three-tiered playing field.
