Activision getting “little to no compensation” in Double Fine lawsuit.

Remember comedy villains Activision trying to sue Double Fine after Activision refused to publish their game, but then changed their minds? “A husband abandoning his family and then suing after his wife meets a better-looking guy,” in the words of an EA spokesperson? Well, the LA Times is reporting that “it appears very likely that Activision received little to no compensation from Double Fine”. To be honest, it serves them right. It was invitable that the more they swung their corporate d*cks around, the more likely it was that they would swing right back and smack them in the face. It is weird, however, that EA is the good guy in this. “Cats and dogs, living together…”
