TurboGrafx-16 PSP and PS3 Games Headed To US
Hudson has confirmed that one or more of the TurboGrafx-16 emulated games that went on sale last week on the Japanese PlayStation Store — a place where many PS3-PSP offerings go and never leave for other markets — will be coming to the US. The hosts of the PS Nation Podcast waxed poetic about how great these emulated versions were not just on the PS3 but also when played on the PSP — they work like any other PS1 title you purchase on the Store. Glenn Percival noted that the emulator used is identical to the one used in other TurboGrafx-16-based game collections they had released for the PSP in the past.
This is something hardcore older gamers have been waiting to see, something the Nintendo online store has done very well — bring in emulated games from other systems. It has them wondering what other developers for other platforms will jump into the pool. The co-hosts of the PS Nation Podcast are die-hard Sega fanboys, so their great hope is to see Saturn games on the system.
I never had or played a TurboGrafx-16. Did you?

I had and played a TG-16. Some of the games that stick out well were Klax, TV Sports Hockey, and Fantasy Zone.
From wikipedia, there were even a Darkwing Duck and Talespin games.
You guys and your Disney afternoon cartoon games! Why no love for Bonk? That is about the only game I remember playing on my Turbo Grafix 16. Well that and the football game.
Did you mean Disney's Bonkers? He was totally nuts!
I don't think I ever owned Bonk on the TG-16. I did play it on my GameGear.
Paul, Dr. Marc and myself have a TG-16 mouldering away in storage someplace. There's a great 5 player (!) dungeon crawl that we spent hours playing. Never beat it; don't think we ever came close… “Dungeon Explorer”. Good times!
i totally agree. bonk is by far my favorite. along with bloody wolf and neutopia
