If they had been working on this earlier, it would have been great to ship out around the time The Dark Knight came out. That movie is what really piqued my interest in this game, even if it's not in the same style.

I'm actually looking forward to Blaz Blue. I've never really gotten into a fighting game and this one might hook me. I hope it does.

I really haven't been following Batman very well. I just wasn't interested. Maybe I'll rent it when it comes out.

Ah. So my choices appear to be: Director's Cut set with supplemental materials and digital copy for $22-$30… or the End is Nigh set with regular cut and crappy game (and trophies) for $50. Hoo boy.

That first Watchmen game was a turdfest, but I'll get them on blu-ray if they come alongside the movie without jacking the price up another $30.

Has anybody checked in on the status of that, by the way? Amazon's desc for the Director's Cut 2 disc blu-ray set does not mention the game: http://www.amazon.com/Watchmen-Directors-Digita...

I think Batman: Arkham Asylum looks promising, too.

As for the Namco stuff, almost all of it looks like digital releases of their UMDs. Yawn.

Summer drought anyone? I'm looking forward to the release of Batman: Arkham Asylum. It's not really a must-buy for me, but there has never been a good Batman game. Plus, I love stealthy games where you still feel like a bad ass.
