I hope that it does perk up with the next season, but there are still several episodes left for season one. All I know is that I want Walt and his dad to GTF off the island.

They can take their raft and drown themselves for all I care, because their story is so superfluous.

The next few seasons are a lot different that this one. This one really focuses on them freaking out and really trying to get off the island. The next couple of seasons sort of dismisses that, although they're sort of still trying to leave. In the following seasons, the people are really trying to solve the mysteries of the island.

I have to admit that so far, I am not getting the love for Lost. I am 16 episodes into season one and so far, we have a crazy ass french lady, a psychopath that is looking to kidnap a pregnant lady, said psychopath gets filled full of lead, and finally we are starting to get the "ooh they have interconnected stories" links between people that drives me nuts at times.

I have three seasons worth to get through, but so far, I have found it to be average at best.

First things first, Joe Haygood is watching Lost. Please everyone give him a round of applause, like I am doing right now. That is the best action/sci-fi/drama show on TV. I could spoil so much for you and you wouldn't even realize things were being spoiled. Continue watching, it is an amazing experience.

Second things second (shut up, it's a phrase), I think the maintenance is already over, but that's not going to keep me from playing the single player awesomeness that is Mass Effect. I'm working on my fourth playthrough now. I think this will be the first game that I ever get all the achievement points for.
