Sony’s virtual real estate boom

In more free news for the PS3 this week, Sony has announced a free apartment in Home. This free upgrade is available this week only, ending on May 15. So for those of you who’ve been itching to move into that swank new pad, but the recession has been holding back your ability to land the mortgage, you can fear no more. Sony is more than willing to co-sign with you. Just remember, if you do get divorced, she’s gonna take the house back! Oh, and yes it does come with the pictured fire pits and creepy tree. I wonder if for-pay Druid customs are coming next.

    I must download this. I got a promo email from Sony talking up Home perfectly: it leads with the freebie and talks about all the new other free games you can now play. The EA stuff, the Resident Evil and Siren stuff. There's lots here I just haven't had time to explore. Yet.
