It's a great title, and if this makes it more accessible to consumers, then so much the better. The big appeal here is that we can now use our Amazon gift cards and such for WiiWare titles. Combine this with that jar of loose coins and a properly equipped CoinStar machine and you're ready to rock and roll for almost no effort. Judging by its placement first when viewing WiiWare sorted by popularity, I'd say World of Goo is already the best selling WiiWare game. It's a great title, and if this makes it more accessible to consumers, then so much the better. The big appeal here is that we can now use our Amazon gift cards and such for WiiWare titles. Video game companies can't do digital content exclusively on their own because they will not be as visible to the average consumer. I'm certain Nintendo will sell many more copies of World of Goo now that it is visible to the Amazon retail customers.
