MoCap LLC Premieres Tonight On Spike

Submitted by on April 23, 2009 – 1:37 pm3 Comments

Okay, SpikeTV sent over a new clip from their game-themed show, MoCap LLC, which is suppose to be a comedy about a motion capture company that has fallen on hard times.  A couple of problems come about from this statement.  First off is that the show does not look funny in any way, shape or form.  I did not laugh once through the above trailer.  Also, the acting feels a step above High School drama class.

Maybe I am just getting old and crotchety in my years, but this show seems to fall flat.  Oh, and don’t get me started on the profanity.  Yes, if you listen to the podcast, I have dropped my fair share of profanities on the podcast, but here, it just seems forced, like they are swearing just to swear.  I hope it gets better, because right now, I would probably skip it, and wait for more Code Monkeys.

Yah, that doesn't look to good. It seems that a lot of TV shows have been taking The Office route and making shows about companies, and other offices. They also seem to have taken the “interview” with one person thing from The Office as many shows recently have.
