I really liked last year’s DBZ game, Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit 2. It felt like the franchise had finally achieved some serious attention with a game that was both deep and fun.
This year, we …

That’s right, the handheld console that created market has now turned 20 years old. Just think in one more year, it can legally drink anywhere in the United States. Over the span of its life, this little guy managed to peddle 118 million copies of itself. That’s a lot of devices no matter how you look at it. Did you know that it also managed to sell 1 million units with in weeks, upon first arriving in the United States? One could say that our little green-on-green friend first showed us that graphics didn’t matter as much as the games and cost, since it succesfully bested both the Atari Lynx and Sega Game Gear. Personally I owned the latter and never a Gameboy, although there were times when I borrowed a Gameboy from a friend while he borrowed my Game Gear. Also, kudos to the Gameboy for being able to spawn colored versions of the unit; the Gameboy Light; Gameboy Pocket; and Gameboy Color, which featured a color screen. Ahh… It seems like just yesterday I was a wee little toddler opening up a fatally-bright green GameBoy color and a copy of Pokemon Blue for Christmas. I also remember calling my older cousin over ten times in the span of one hour (most likely annoying the piss out of my aunt) when I couldn't figure what to do in the game. Just look how far I've come.

You can never go wrong with the Chuck Norris cake.

And I don't think 'you have a cake of Chuck Norris'. I think 'Chuck Norris the cake has you'.

I remember getting our GameBoy Advance SP, my first handheld. I loved it, and our first game we got was Super Mario World 2. I mastered that game. But before I got a game system I would steal my cousins GameBoy Color (and later his GameBoy Advance) and looking through his pile of games until I found one that looked cool. Then I would find a place to hide and play whatever game it was until he found me and yelled at me. I would then, after a while, repeat that cycle. I really must have been annoying.
