Nintendo handed out free Shamrock Hats in Animal Crossing: City Folk for St. Patrick’s Day, but didn’t tell anyone.

    I am sure that Tom Nook will sell those items for twice retail value, and will ask you if you have any hats to trade in towards the purchase. Also if you buy two St. Patty's Day hats, you can get a third hat for free.

    In this economy? I don't think so buddy. It's common knowledge that the economy in the Animal Crossing world mirrors the economy of the real world. Fourhman's avatar needs to focus on only the essential items, like a net to catch bugs and shovels to dig holes.
