Guitar Hero: Metallica Demo Hits Xbox Live Marketplace

Submitted by Joe Haygood on March 20, 2009 – 4:36 pmComments

cboxguitarherometallicaFor those of you that have not had enough Guitar Hero in your gaming diet (I must know who you are), the Guitar Hero: Metallica demo has come to Xbox Live Marketplace for download.  The Guitar Hero: Metallica demo includes “Sad But True” and “Seek and Destroy” by Metallica, as well as “No Excuses” by Alice in Chains and “Stone Cold Crazy” by Queen.

If you are interested in checking out the demo, a link to the demo on the marketplace can be had here.  The demo weighs in at just over 1GB in size, and will allow you to play all the instruments, in band or solo play and if you so choose, multiplayer as well.  Look for a demo impressions write up later this evening.

The only single band compilation I'd buy (or will buy) is The Beatles: Rock Band. Most rock and roll/metal bands I'm either too young to know or just don't like, Metallica included.
