The symbol of Blizzard’s power has arrived to show off to all.

Executive VP of Game Design Rob Pardo had promised that one day we’d see a giant, metal orc-on-wolf-mount statue from “World of Warcraft.” Well, that day has arrived.

The Orc Statue is built by WETA workshop in New Zealand (AKA the guys who work on Lord Of The Rings) and is in front of Blizzard’s office.  This statue is yet another symbol of Blizzard’s success.  Check out OC Register and MTV Multiplayer Blog for more pictures!

I expected to see a Night Elf Mohawk.
  • Shut up Fool! How do you know Mr. T isn't a computer genius....How do you know I didn't hack the game and change the information, Mister condescending announcer.

Very funny stuff. But seriously, did Blizzard really need a statue in front of their offices to tell them how successful World of Warcraft is. Next will be another statue next to it plated in 24K gold. And the next one will be plated in platinum, as they have more freaking money than they know what to do with it.
