Mass Effect 2 Teaser

Submitted by on February 21, 2009 – 12:21 am2 Comments

Bioware dropped a nice sized bomb today with this teaser for Mass Effect 2.  Not much is really shown, with the exception of some of the accomplishments you finished in the first game, an N7 uniform, and a Geth.  Oh, did I forget the part about being dead?  Could their be some strange twist where our character is killed?  I was looking for some hidden stuff in the teaser, but so far, I have not found any smoking guns.

This also does nothing as to answering if the game is coming to all platforms this time around, as the PS3 missed out on the action the first time around.  Now with Electronic Arts owning Bioware, it will be interesting if they try to cut the PS3 off, or open up the game to all platforms, including a DS version and maybe even an iPhone variant.

All said and done, this totally gets me juiced up for the Mass Effect sequel, and it looks like I might be ready for another play through of the game on both PC and 360 again.

I made a post in the forums about this because I am super hyped for this game. If the 360 loses (console) exclusivity it's going to be bad news bears. There's no way that Commander Shepard is dead, though. I mean they've already talked about using a save from your previous game.
