Forget Chuck in 3D, Try Left 4 Dead in 3D

I remember in the early 80′s when 3D movies were all the rage.  We had Jaws 3 in 3D, a remastering of Creature of the Black Lagoon in 3D, and who can forget Captain EO at Disneyland.  Somewhere in the 80′s though, 3D kind of became a novelty and was forgotten until the last year.  Now we have had Super Bowl commercials in 3D and a whole episode of Chuck in 3D.  Why mention all of this?  Well Ben Kuchera over at Ars Technica just posted up a great article that shows off how to run the PC version of Left 4 Dead in 3D, so you can put those Super Bowl 3D glasses to work on something else, instead of forgetting about them on a bookshelf.

You will need some new Nvidia drivers (sorry ATI users), some other Nvidia software and a registry hack.  Follow the link to get the 411 on how to make this happen.
