Killzone 2 Intro Trailer is Out In the Wild

Submitted by Joe Haygood on January 29, 2009 – 1:55 pmComments

The guys and gals over at Three Speech sent over a link, showing off the intro movie for Killzone 2.  I wanted to post it for all the readers here at Aeropause, but it seems that the video feed does not have a way to embed to our site, so you will have to follow the link to Three Speech to see the video.

I don’t think it gives anything away, but I have not played Killzone 2, so if you are trying to go into Killzone 2 with virgin eyes, stay clear.  That said, the intro does look absolutely amazing, and if Gorilla Games makes the game look remotely close to the quality of the intro video, this game should live up to its hype.

For those that need some validation before buying Killzone 2, the European review embargo has been lifted, and Eurogamer has their review front and center for your viewing pleasure.

Check here for the trailer.

IGN called it, "one of the best looking games ever made." in their review. Take that however you wish. I was sold by the early demo footage, Resistance 2 really doesn't do it for me and I'm sick of getting ganked in Gears.
