Left 4 Dead Goes Gold & Preload Is Ready

Valve has announce that Left 4 Dead has finally gone gold:

Valve, creators of best-selling game franchises (Half-Life, Portal, Team Fortress, and Counter-Strike) and leading technologies (Steam and Source), today announced its upcoming zombie thriller, Left 4 Dead, has gone gold and is now pre-loading to those who pre-purchased the game via Steam.

Great to finally hear that it’s officially coming now. Unfortunately, I already bought to many games this fall season. Hopefully a loving relative or friend will buy it for me for Christmas. Aeropausers, are you going to pick up this game? Have you already preorder or preloaded it?
