Review: Dragon Ball Z – Ultimate Tenkaichi (PS3)

After giving us a little taste of the videos that can be created with the Grand Theft Auto IV video creator on the PC, Rockstar has now given us a tutorial video on how the tools actually work and how easy they are to use.  It is interesting to see the advertising angle that Rockstar is using to promote the PC version of a game that was released on the major consoles six months ago.  One has to wonder if it will get more people, like myself, who bought the console version to come back and visit Liberty City again.
