Aeropodcast #52.5: Give It Up For the Mixmaster

Okay, I am not sure how he did it, considering he did not even have an outline to work off of, but Stephen managed to salvage what we could give him into a podcast this week.  Thank you, Stephen, for going above and beyond the call of podcast mixing duty for this podcast.

Okay, we had a discussion over whether it is relevant for game companies, specifically Nintendo in this case to re-release a game title as new, when it has already come out on a previous system.  Pikmin 2 and Chibi-Robo are two of the games that are planned for the new “Playable on Wii” label.  The games will feature new controls, but other than that, they sound to be faithful recreations of the original Gamecube games.

We had another review this week as well from DrSuper23 and some tantalizing news items, including the Xbox 360 selling more units in Japan than the PS3?  The apocalypse ensues.
