Uwe Boll Brings Us 1968 Tunnel Rats

Submitted by on September 19, 2008 – 10:44 amNo Comment

Not sure how I missed this yesterday, but this is the new trailer for 1968 Tunnel Rats, a rather generic looking FPS shooter, that is coming from a new game developer, Uwe Boll.  That’s right fans, we have not had enough of Uwe Boll making game related movies, now he is making the games that he will make into movies.  The concept of Tunnel Rats is kind of neat, and setting it in a war that is relatively untouched by developers (Vietnam) is a good idea as well.  However, the action looks so generic and dark that it is hard to appreciate anything that is going on.

Look for the game to most likely be bundled with the DVD release of the film as well as a full retail release.  And knowing all other Uwe Boll films, it will sell on DVD for some unknown reason.
