Kane And Lynch Developer Discusses Flaws, Game Reviews

Submitted by on September 11, 2008 – 12:04 pmNo Comment

Games Radar has a rather interesting interview with Jens Peter Kurup, the producer on the now infamous game, Kane and Lynch: Dead Men.  Seems that he acknowledges that there were some issues with the game, citing the control schemes that the game used, but took some offense with people complaining about the two characters and the general tone of the story.

Kurup also addresses the Gamespot review and everything that accompanied it.  He did not go into any kind of depth, but said that it basically killed a lot of momentum that the game had.

While I appreciated the candor and the honesty of Kurup, it still does not address the bugs that still exist to this day, and that have yet to be fixed.  He also never seems to address the missing maps that have been promised for months in Eidos tech support forums for some time, but at least we know a sequel is coming, due to Kurup mention the title of the game as “Kane and Lynch 1″.
