Excellent work: Portal’s “Still Alive” done with typography

Submitted by Stephen Munn on September 15, 2008 – 9:33 pmComments

Portal – Still Alive typography from Trickster on Vimeo.

I still haven’t played Portal, but I’ll get to it, eventually. Until then, I can appreciate the catchy ending song. Now we can all appreciate it just a little bit more with this neat music video. It’s the ending song from Portal, “Still Alive”, done with some flashy typography effects. Not only is it interesting to watch, but it’s easy to sing along. Well, not that easy, as some of the text doesn’t really appear as text… but at least it doesn’t have that tiny little text from the actual ending, you see?

Unfortunately, it is marred by that one typo near the end. Your instead of you’re? Aww, fix that.
