Dead Space Keeps Moving On Up Like The Jeffersons
By Joe Haygood | September 4, 2008
So in late August, Electronic Arts moved up the release date for Dead Space from its intended Halloween release date to October 21st. It is rare for a developer to move up a release as games are sometimes worked on until the last moment possible.
Now, sensing the train wreck that is October 21st, in regards to games coming out that day (at least a half dozen or so), Dead Space has moved up again, now coming out on October 14th. This news comes on the heels of launching the new website, www.noknownsurvivors.com, which fills in a lot of the backstory in the Dead Space universe.
it also looks like Dead Space was not well received in a few countries as it has been outright banned in Japan, Germany and China. No word of if it will make the cut in Australia, another country that is notorious for censoring game content.
