Alone in the Dark, Wall-E Demos Hit the Live Marketplace

Submitted by Joe Haygood on August 4, 2008 – 4:59 pmComments

Today, two new demos have hit the Xbox Marketplace, Alone in the Dark and Wall-E.

Alone in the Dark is a relaunch of the famed adventure/horror series, having you play as Edward Carnby, and moving about realistic fire.  There is probably more, but it is hard to find justification to own this game.  At least now there is a demo, to try it and see the horror first hand.

Wall-E offers players of all ages, a game loosely based on the movie of the same name, with puzzle solving and racing as well.  The game from some accounts is rather difficult, which is surprising for a game aimed at children.

Yeah it is a tough week for demos, but it is better to try these now, rather then spend $60 of your hard earned money on them, only to find out they stink.
